Power Flow Tuesday

This dynamic power yoga practice is designed to provide greater cardiovascular benefits and burn calories. In these classes, we will aim to awaken your spirit and improve balance and stamina. We’ll practice Sun Salutations for strength and flexibility, sculpting standing poses to help build power and alignment, broadening back bends to help strengthen and restore the spine, and ultimate power restoration for slow, tension releasing elongated stretches. These yoga classes will allow you to push your practice to your own edge while you build strength, boost energy, and relax the mind. Please note, this class is not suitable for those suffering from chronic back pain or spinal issues. Some prior yoga asana experience is recommended.
