ABOUT

Yogaward offers an ancient and scientifically proven process for physical, mental and emotional self transformation.  You will not simply find physical yoga classes here.  You will be taken on a journey of exploration within yourself – to places you’ve never been before.  You will learn to befriend your mind and to challenge your way of thinking.  You will learn to use your breath as a natural medication, free of side effects.  You will learn how to be still and mindful.

Along your journey, you will be supported by a global collective of people who are travelling their own path alongside of you.  It is our home away from home.

Welcome to your new self.

About Tina Ward

Hello, I’m Tina and I’d like to offer you a warm personal welcome to Yoga Ward International.  I’m so happy you are here.

Yoga changed my life.  Having worked in the corporate world for many years in the US and Europe, I’d become accustomed to high levels of stress and as a result suffered from severe anxiety.  “Why am I not happy and always worried?”, I asked myself.  I had tried everything – therapists, life coaches, personal trainers – but nothing changed.  Finally, I turned to my yoga practice and followed the teachings of yoga whole heartedly in a search for answers to my own struggles.

Then things started to change – I started to change.  My mind stopped spinning so erratically and my anxiety eased.  I stopped living in the world of my thoughts and began living in the real world.  Yoga taught me that to find happiness, I needed to look inside, not outside.

I launched Yogaward in 2020 to share the process of self transformation I’ve undertaken – i.e., the deeper practice of yoga through movement, breathing, meditation/mindfulness and self exploration.
