The Third Step: Be

We must Move and we must Breathe.  But we also must Be.  This means we are fully present.  Paying attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you- can vastly improve your mental well being.  Being present is about learning to see the workings of our minds not as reality but simply as thoughts.
